GARMENT TECHNOLOGIST

Ladieswear & Menswear knitted and woven garments

Experienced on multi product and extensive knowledge of garment construction required.

Good pattern cutting skills and knowledge.

Attending customer fit sessions and relaying feedback to persons and factories.

Advising on methods of garment fit & construction, sizing & grading, quality & test reports and

safety issues in the knitted and woven area.

Managing and maintaining the critical path for each customer base.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in industry.

Must be well organised with good communication skills both written and verbal to liaise with buyers,

off shore sample room and factories.  

Good IT skills in  Excel & Outlook, Adobe and CAD skills an advantage.

Have the ability to work within a team especially under pressure to meet deadlines and in a similar fast paced company environment.

Suitable applicant may be expected to travel throughout the UK, Europe & Far East.
