Our client is a leading retailer and they are currently looking for an International Sales Administrator to join the International Team.

The role will involve regular communication with sales representatives, overseas offices and customers, order administration and export documentation.You will continue to deliver the excellent levels of customer service which the retailer expects and to ensure Sales Target Achieved in conjunction with International Sales Representatives – Monthly / Yearly Sales figures.

You will be responsible for building rapport with customers & will provide excellent customer service.You will manage all orders placed in a timely manner in accordance with expectations.

The ideal candidate will come from a Customer Service/Sales background.

Good Communication skills. Especially on the telephone.
Good team player. Previous experience working alone but also as part of a team.
Good listening skills.
Will have an eye for detail.
Fluency in a foreign language
