Ever wondered what Intellectual Property rights were all about or more importantly how to ensure you’re not being ripped off when doing a deal?Well, help is hand!
Halliwells would like to invite you to attend an informal seminar in association with the Manchester Fashion Network that will give you a basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and of the pitfalls to avoid when negotiating Licence Agreements.The seminar will be presented by John Burns, Partner in the Intellectual Property, Commercial and Technology department of Halliwells and a Director of the Manchester Fashion Network.
