The Manchester Employment Department at Irwin Mitchell LLP would like to invite you to their next HR Club.

The presentations and roundtable discussions will be on The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) which often causes headaches for employers. In addition to mergers and acquisitions TUPE can apply to situations where contracts are won or lost and also to the outsourcing and insourcing of work.
