We’ve pulled together some of the North West’s most successful independents to look at what you have to do to survive and what it takes to make your independent - be it a brand, shop or company stand the test of time. Plus we’ll be dusting off our crystal balls to predict the future of independents!!

Chris Lee
– Owner of Microzine www.microzine.co.uk – worked previously for Reebok as Creative Director and Wade Smith as Buying Director. Chris has recently been made MD of Leisure & Lifestyle Division at JJB, including Qube and Original Shoe Store and continues to run his independent store Microzine in Liverpool.
Ollie Monk – Owner of Harpoon Louie’s – Manchester independent lifestyle retailer since 1993.
Adrian Burt – Fourth generation menswear retailer – HT Burt. Founded in 1895 and has recently been featured on the BBC’s Mary Queen of Shops.
